AI Design sprint

AI is opening doors to possibilities that once felt out of reach. From smarter services to entirely new products, the potential is enormous, but the path forward is often unclear.

Some teams start with only a broad ambition, others already have a specific idea they want to test but are unsure what is possible or how AI will affect the user experience.

Our AI design sprint gives you a way to cut through the noise. In just five days, your team explores how AI can create real value, builds a tangible prototype, and tests it with users or stakeholders. You leave not with speculation, but with clarity, inspiration and a concrete next step.

Excited to see what AI can do for you?

Turn ideas into a tangible concept your team can align on.

Here’s how our design sprint works

  • We begin by diving deep into your challenge and mapping the opportunities where AI could make a difference. This is the moment to bring together your team’s knowledge, user insights, and strategic priorities. Some teams arrive with only a broad ambition, others with a concrete idea they want to test.

In both cases we work side by side to clarify the problem, align everyone around the goals of the sprint, and explore the most promising AI applications. By the end of the day, we have a clear shared understanding of what we are trying to achieve and where AI can realistically create value.

  • On the second day we shift from understanding to creating. Together we explore different directions for how AI might improve your service or product.

The team generates ideas, sketches possible solutions, and discusses trade-offs. If you already came in with a defined concept, we use this time to refine it into a clear testable scenario, digging into questions like: what can AI do here, how will it affect the user interface, and what assumptions need to be validated? The day ends with a strong decision on which idea to take forward, ready for prototyping.

  • These 2 days are all about making ideas tangible. Our designers and prototypers translate the chosen concept into a prototype that demonstrates AI in action. The level of fidelity depends on your context: it might be a service flow that simulates how AI fits into a process, an interactive product interface that showcases AI-driven behaviour, or a high-fidelity click-through prototype that feels close to the real thing.

The goal is not to build a final product, but to create something realistic enough that users and stakeholders can react to it. By the end of the day, the idea has taken shape in a way that makes AI’s potential visible and concrete.

  • The final day is where everything comes together. We bring the prototype to users or stakeholders and observe how they interact with it, what excites them, and where doubts or friction arise. Their feedback provides immediate insight into desirability, usability, and the real value AI can add.

We also explore the technical and organisational feasibility of the concept, so you understand not only if people want it, but also if and how it can be built. The week concludes with a clear roadmap of next steps, whether that means refining the concept, planning a pilot, or scaling towards implementation.

Why do it?

Discover opportunities: Uncover where AI can add real value to your product, service, or organisation.

Make it tangible: Turn vague AI ambitions into a prototype that shows what the future could look like.

De-risk innovation: Test new AI concepts quickly before you invest significant time or money.

Stay ahead: Explore how AI can reshape your industry and position your team to move first.

Empower your team: Align business, design, and technology around a shared vision for AI.

Inspire action: Spark new ideas that energise your organisation and open paths you had not considered.

Who is it for?

An AI design sprint can be valuable for any organisation, from start-ups to large enterprises. If you have a complex challenge and want to see how AI could help without committing months of time and budget, this sprint is for you.

The teams that usually join us are corporate innovation teams, product or service teams, start-ups and scale-ups, and strategy teams that want to explore AI’s potential.

Start your AI journey with a tested prototype in just five days.
