Organising a design sprint

Do you want to learn how you can take your team from an idea to a fully tested and validated prototype, fast? Then this design sprint training is just for you. You will learn how to put together the right group of people, how to develop your strategy and how to translate this into a tangible prototype. After completing this training you will be able to organise and facilitate your own design sprints.

On this first day, we will start by explaining how the design sprint fits within the mindset of design thinking and we will deep-dive into the design process. You will learn why a design sprint is often a great way to kickstart your projects, when to conduct these sprints and how to organise them.
Each day of the design sprint is built around a specific theme and goal. We’ll uncover the different elements of each day with a hands-on approach that focuses on learning by doing.
On the second day, we’ll work together on a specific design challenge and learn how to tackle this sprint-wise with a multidisciplinary team. Through interactive exercises we will guide you step by step throughout the whole process and define learnings along the way.
Furthermore, we will provide you with a crash course on how to facilitate these types of workshops in both an offline and online manner.

This training will be given in English by our experienced sprint masters from the Leap Forward Group. We like to offer a tailored approach and therefore accept no more than 12 participants.
