What can you expect?
On this first day you will be fully immersed in the world of co-creation. You will learn why co-creation is key to introduce in your daily work and projects. We will give you the tools and templates to set up and organise these co-creation sessions yourself.
Furthermore, we will teach you how to keep your audience engaged in both offline and online formats and this through hands-on and interactive exercises.
On the second day we will focus on how to facilitate these engaging sessions, how to convince stakeholders to work in co-creative ways, how to cope with different kinds of participants, look at real life situations and even practise facilitation through an interactive role-playing experience.
At the end of this day you will also get access to a toolbox of handy templates and exercises for you to be able to immediately apply what you have learned.
Practical info
This training will be given in English by our experienced facilitation experts and service designers from Knight Moves. We like to offer a tailored approach and therefore accept no more than 12 participants.
