Service design is all about designing complex systems into pleasant and flawless experiences for the end user. As a strategy designer your focus will be to facilitate co-creation processes and align stakeholders on a future vision.
Help clients translate an idea into a concrete value proposition and a go-to-market plan
Translate opportunities with a team of designers to a new concept for a customer-focused service
Facilitate future vision workshops and translate the results to feasible implementation roadmaps
Transform customer journeys into service blueprints in close collaboration with the client
Align stakeholders regarding a future vision and co-create an implementation plan
Stay up to date on service design trends
You know how to facilitate co-creation processes and align stakeholders on a future vision
You get energy from collaborating with complex organisations on open challenges that you will transform to concrete results
You can think and act from the client’s perspective
In every challenge, you see a commercial opportunity
Experience in design thinking and innovation methods
You master the Dutch language, French & English is a plus
Have a minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role
